Garmin Forerunner 405

Global Positioning System (GPS) base watch..actually jam ni aku beli thru www.thegpsstore.com USD299.95, plus shipping = USD402.89, so lepas convert ke RM bersamaan dengan RM1,421.09..Aku order jam ni pada 11 Sept 08, then terima parcel tu 2 hari kemudian..Jam yg aku order ni tanpa Heart Rate Monitor, pasal sebelum ni aku dah guna model Forerunner 305..(dah rosak) so guna HR Monitor lama la..Sebelum beli jam ni aku cuba juga google but tak jumpa satu pun review dalam BM so aku akan cuba kat sini..Terdapat lebih daripada 30 jenis data yang boleh direkodkan jam ni......Untuk membolehkan kesemua data ni diperolehi, kita kena ada HR Monitor@ dan Speed/Cadence Sensor##. Antara datanya ialah...

+cadence - steps per min or revolutions of the crank arm per min##
+cadence avg - average cadence for the duration of your current ride##
+cadence lap - average cadence for the current lap##
+calories - number of calories burned
+distance - distance traveled on the current run
+distance lap - distance treveled in the current lap

Data akan disimpan dlm jam..utk memindahkan data ke dlm PC just plug in USB ANT Stick ke USB port PC..pastikan jam dlm lingkungan 3 meter dr PC, data akan dipindahkan secara automatik dan program Training Center akan launch..
