Track Workout @ Kg Pandan

Hari ni 1 Feb...cuti, sempena Hari Wilayah...so join geng Pacemakers training kat track Kg Pandan..Lama betul tak training kat track ni, keadaan track agak tak terurus juga..line pun dah tak berapa nampak..dan dah ada bangunan baru kat sebelah track tu....kalau gitu memang dah lama sangat aku tak training kat situ yek?

Menu hari ni 800m x 8 rep - RBR : 4 min follow by 400m x 5 rep - RBR : 2 min...pace ikut kemampuan sendiri la, dah nama track workout...takleh la slow sangat ala-ala lenggang Mak Limah..utk 800m tu aku cuba maintain 2:45 dan 400m - 1:20..utk track workout ni yg penting kita kena maintain timing tu & cuba habiskan schedule..no point pia laju sangat tapi x cukup repetation, pasal kita nak train endurance & mental as well!!

Detail Garmin Connect..Pasal pia sangat, spike Brooks Z1 aku tercabut tapak...haha...laju sangat la tu..morale of the story, rajin-rajin la guna spike tu?
